Mobile safety application with positioning

In an emergency situation customers can contact their security company just by pressing one button on the phone. Swing Safety Solution will pinpoint the user and send an alarm message with the location information to monitoring center. Simultaneously the solution activates a call to the duty officer.

The alarm can be activated even if the keypad of the phone is locked. The loudspeaker of the phone will be turned on automatically, enabling the person to use the phone hands free.

The alarm can be changed to a silent mode, if the customers need the safety solution for situations, where making a loud alarm could provoke someone to an assault. In the silent mode, there are no audible sounds coming from the phone. The officer is able to hear all sounds and conversations from the location of the alarm when answering the call.

System integration

Swing Safety Solution can be integrated in various monitoring and mapping systems. The alarm numbers both for messages and calls can be determined and locked in the solution. Also the mapping protocol can be defined according to the system needs.
